$100 Million. You know, the deficit portion of this year's budget (not TARP, not the Omnibus Spending Bill, not the Stimulus... just the 2010 Fiscal Year budget) is standing at $1.7T. That's $1,700,000,000,000.

$100 Million is nothing next to that. To put that in perspective, trimming $100M off of the governments deficit spending is comparable to a 390lb woman who resolves on New Year's Eve to slim down to a trim 195lbs by year's end.

Then, she trims her fingernails instead.


You think that's bad? Knock $100M off of all government spending, not just deficit spending. Now it's the whole fat camp roster trimming their nails.
